Whatever the country we can arrange an outstanding selection of wines showcasing the best regions and grapes the country has to offer.

Or would you prefer to taste wines from a number of different countries? Or only red wines? Or only whites? Whatever your particular requirements we can collaborate with you to come up with the best selection of wines for your event based on the parameters set by you. This might be a tasting for a select group of friends or family, a corporate engagement or as part of a larger organised event.



You tell us

The theme of your tasting event – this might be a country such as Australia, a region such as Cornwall, the type of wine such as red, white, sparkling, vegan or fortified etc. or just an eclectic mix chosen by us. If you need guidance with the theme we are full of great suggestions;
Your budget for the wines, and the desired number of different samples;
How many people are attending; and
Where the event will be held.



We will

Supply the wines at quantities to be agreed beforehand;
Talk through each wine (the country, region, grape(s) and the producer) in a fun yet informative manner;
Provide you with nibbles;
Give out tasting notes to take away (if required);
Supply glassware for the event (if required);
Offer you the opportunity to buy any of your favourites tasted during the event.

“We went to a wine tasting hosted by Sian at a bar in Bude. The theme was Tour de France and Sian had prepared a selection of four whites and four reds to showcase the different regions. All were very good, one or two truly excellent. Sian spoke about each wine and talked us through how to taste it and what we should be looking for. I’ve never put much thought into what the different flavours are and I found this part very interesting. I was especially pleased to get one of the aromas correct before Sian told us about it! Elaine

We asked Sian to do a wine tasting session for friends at our house. Her brief was to pick five wines from five different countries, but the catch was that they all had to come from local supermarkets and cost less than a tenner a bottle. What can I say? Sian had obviously put a lot of thought into her choices, and we got five very different, distinct wines. She talked us through tasting each of them and gave us some hints as to the country. The afternoon was a great success and everybody had such a good time. Needless to say there was not a drop of wine left by the end. Sian is very enthusiastic about wine and so knowledgeable. I feel that we may have to make this a regular event.
